SERVICE LEVELS

We offer 3 levels of standard service, depending on how you use your bike and what you use your bike for. We can also tailor a service to your request, such as for suspension components. e-Bikes have very specific requirements depending on the manufacturer’s specification, but we have included a brief summary of the additional work typically carried out. These will be discussed and tailored to your particular e-bike at the time of booking the service.

ROAD BIKES AND HARD-TAIL MTB

GOLD (£160 - EVERY YEAR, HARD USE BIKES)

All items in Bronze and Silver services below, plus:

  • Remove all components from frame.
  • Extensive clean of the frame and check for cracks/damage.
  • Clean, check for wear, re-assemble and lubricate all components.
  • Replace rear derailleur cable (inner and outer cable included in price).
  • Wheels trued (tyre off) and spokes tensioned as required.
  • Bleed and replace fluids in hydraulic brakes (fluid included in price).

    • SILVER (£90 - EVERY 6 MONTHS, REGULAR USE BIKES)

  • Chain and other transmission components degreased, cleaned and lubricated (fluids included in price).
  • Wheels removed from bike and trued (lateral true only) as required.
  • Detailed inspection, clean and re-grease of bottom-bracket and headset bearings and the freehub (grease included in price).

    • BRONZE (£45 - EVERY 6 MONTHS, LIGHT USE BIKES)

  • Full safety M-Check of the bike for all key systems.
  • Check key areas for wear (chain, bearings, brakes, tyres etc.)
  • Adjust gears for an optimised change (derailleur position(s), limit screws, cable(s) & B-screw)
  • Set-Up brakes for optimum power and feel (includes centering callipers)
  • Check all bolts/screws/nuts for tightness
  • Check tyres and inflate to correct pressure.

    • FULL SUSPENSION MTB

    GOLD (£200 - EVERY YEAR)

    All items in Gold service above, plus:

  • Full strip of rear suspension to check pivot bearing condition.

    • E-BIKE

    ADDITIONAL CHARGE (£50)

    Additional items to the standard bike service selected above:

  • Software update (Bosch and Shimano systems only)
  • Battery condition evaluation.
  • Check on condition of wires and sensors.

    NEW BIKE ASSEMBLY

    Save money by buying your bike online and get us to build it and set it up:

  • Bike supplied in a box (£40)
  • e-Bike supplied in a box (£55)

    • ROUTINE REPAIRS

    Typical prices for regular jobs:

  • Puncture repair inc. new tube (£15)
  • New brake pads inc fitting (£15-£20)
  • New brake or gear cables inc. fitting (£15)

    • IMI LEVEL 3 QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN

    You can rest assured knowing all work will be undertaken by an IMI Certified Technician.
